Returns policy 

If you have any problem with the item you receive, please kindly send us a message on eBay, we will reply promptly. Please do not open a return request without messaging us first as the problem may be solvable. 

If the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue. We will then supply you with a new item once the faulty or damaged item is returned. 

If a replacement item is not available you will receive a full refund once the item is returned to us. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
