1 kg silicone need 3%

3% = 30 ml of catalyst

easy calculate 

30ml:1000gr=0.03

  silicone                    catalyst

10gr x 0.03           =         0.3ml

100gr  x  0.3ml     =             3ml

1000gr x 0.03ml   =          30ml

if you add more for example  4%

work time is about 10 min

To achieve the best result 

and make a mould that will serve you for many years 

- after about a minute of mixing 

silicone should be vented in the vacuum chamber, 

to remove all of air bubbles
