If you are not sure if this is the correct part please contact us with the vehicle's 17 digit VIN number. In most cases, we can usually determine which part is the correct one for your vehicle by performing a VIN search.

One year replacement warranty

If you are not certain about compatibility of the parts you wish to purchase, Please do the following:
1, Match the result with the OE(MPN) number we have in the listing and that would be the Best way to guarantee fitment.(you can call your local dealership for OE number)
2, Send us your full digits of VIN number, we will search it in our system for the correct OE number, then match it for you.(we are using aftermarket system, the result may not be 100% accurate)
3, Match your vehicle model in the compatibility table provided by Ebay.(we do not provide guarantee fitment)

For international buyer with Left-hand drive vehicle, please pay extra caution while choosing your parts and purchase at your own risk.
Please remember to wear protective gear when handling and/or installing any auto part.

Delivery

Regular Shipping service is free, covers all states in Australia, normally takes 1-7 business days.

For Express Shipping service, please check with Australian Post first, some of the locations may NOT be covered by their express shipping network. In this case, express service may also take 1-7 business days just like the regular. We do NOT take any responsibility for the delay if your location is out of their express network. Or, please consult us before checking out.

We DO ship to GPO/PO BOX, Parcel Locker/Collection address.

We offer flat shipping cost to New Zealand, additional shipping fee is charged, please refer to item listing for more information.

Australian Post Express International Courier is the only service we use for shipping to New Zealand, normally takes around 3-7 business days.

Most orders before 1pm(AEST/AEDT) will be shipped same day, Monday to Friday ONLY, excluding weekends, public holidays. Our warehouse locates at Upper North Shore Sydney, Pick up is welcome, please contact first before coming.

Returns

We understand that sometimes you need to make a return or an exchange. All we ask is you send it back in the same condition it was received - new and un-used.

If the product you receive is not the one you ordered, please take photos of any visible part numbers of visual reference and contact us directly; photos must be CLEAR and have the part numbers VISIBLE. Logistical claims must be filed within 14 days of received the product; exchanges in these cases will be handled promptly and at no cost to the customer.

In order to process a return or exchange, please call us or send us a message through eBay and we will be happy to assist you immediately.

However，any return that is NOT defective or NOT received in error, is the responsibility of the customer. We DO NOT cover any shipping costs and/or additional fees associated with the transaction. The buyer is also subject to a 15% restocking fee in most cases; unless previusly agreed upon by us.
