You are buying 5 thread reducers with lip.

These thread reducers convert a M6 (M6X1) threaded hole to a M4 (M4X0.7) threaded hole.  These have a lip to allow you to fully tighten into your M6 hole.  Total length on these is 13mm (threads are 11mm and lip is 2mm).  The lip is 10mm wide.  To assist in installation and removal, each thread reducer has a slot on the top for use with a flathead screwdriver.  

I do carry a few other sizes if you look at my other listings, I can also make custom sizes for large purchases.  These are made of stainless steel.
