Return & Replacement

You can apply for an exchange or return within 14 days from the day the product is delivered (delivery complete).

In case of the following conditions, exchange and return applications may not be accepted.

- If the product is lost or damaged due to consumer's responsibility

- If the product is not worthy due to the use or consumption of the consumer

- If the item is not worth enough to be resold by time elapsed since the day it was supplied

- Please note that it can not be returned or exchanged even if the components are damaged or lost.
