This is a unbelievable work of Victorian time Antique Berlin wool work Needlepoint Petit Point with seed beads hand stitched embroidered tapestry.  "Girl in the woods".  This hand embroidered tapestry panel, depicting girl with Santa or  some old man in the woods. Must be a story behind the subject, but I'm not familiar with it...and I can't call the name. Measurements of embroidered panel are 24.5" x17.5" .   Excellent antique condition with some issues on background, moth teeny tiny bites.
