I AM SELLING THE LINE / THREAD ONLY, NOT THE BOAT.

This is the wax coated line that I use for my RC sailboats. Hard to find. Comes in beige, blue and dark red. Very strong. Width is 1.1 mm or 1/23". Line is coated and stays tied all the time. I sell by the meter (slightly more than 3 feet): 99 cents.

Quantity of one is one meter. Ask for how many meters you want.

The width is larger than the typical thread that you find for display model boats. For display boats, 0.5mm is enough. For remote control, you need at least 1mm.

Specify the color through eBay message. Without specification, I will choose a random color.

I have sold these lines for a decade and never had any returns, only happy customers. Between this listing and the previous ones, we have sold more than a 1,000 yards with only happy customers, returning customers for new boats and no complaint. The only complaint that we ever had was a confused buyer who though that for 99cents he would get the full sailboat. And we worked out the issue with the buyer ;))

If USPS Media Mail Shipping is chosen you are denying any insurance. USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail bear a $100 and $50 respectively (please check current insurance level ) insurance. If you want a full value insurance, please check the option at check out or ask before paying.

Buyer is responsible for any import, customs and duty fees. 

If return is accepted, choose “I have changed my mind” as a return reason. Items that buyer returns must be unworn and unused ; in other words sent back in the exact same condition buyer received items. Any compatibility issue is of the buyer’s responsibility.

We pride ourselves in stellar packaging. In the unlikely event the item arrived broken, you agree to collaborate with us and the carrier so that the insurance requirements can be fulfilled. In particular you will keep all packaging during the claim process.

Selling terms : all NOS that I am selling in sealed packaging and / or with tags, you can return them at the condition that the packaging is still sealed and unopened and / or tags attached. In the case of sealed packaging, the item has not been tested, it is sold as is. Shipping both ways is at the buyer’s expense. In case the packaging has been opened, you can always return the item but shipping both way is at buyer’s expense and there will be a 50% deduction on the reimbursement due to the loss of value with the open packaging. For both instances, please choose I CHANGED MY MIND as reason of return in the eBay platform.

Why buy OEM? Because the OEM device has been tested by the manufacturer and may have features that the generic / replacement device may not have.
