Wooden Wall Name Signs

Due to the current situation we have had reports from Royal Mail stating there are severe delays within the delivery network. Some items are taking 10 working days to reach customers. 

Please only order if you are happy to allow 14 days to pass to receive your order as we are unable to send out replacements or issue refunds until this time has passed.

Personalised wooden name signs ranging from 15cm high to 30cm high (first capital letter) with a maximum length of 1 meter (depending on name required and size selected).

Each letter in the name will be joined forming one single plaque.

All names are cut from MDF and are sold in their natural unpainted form. If you would like this painting (front side only), please get in touch and we can provide a quote.

If you would like to see what your name would look like please request this before ordering so not to delay your order after purchase has been made. 

Name length will depend on the amount of letters required and the height of the letters chosen - the height of the letter refers to the first capital letter.

We are able to offer alternative fonts - please get in touch before ordering to check we can do the required font. 

All names/words will be written as a capital letter as the beginning letter, followed by lowercase letters.

Please note if your name has stemmed letters in it ie Lucy, Megan, Riley then the plaque will have an overall height taller than that selected on the drop down as the height refers to the first capital letter. 

All names are cut using a laser cutting machine so please expect some burn marks and a slight smell of burnt wood on the plaque - this is unavoidable during the cutting method however burn marks can be easily painted over if you choose. 

Shipping Information

We offer free standard 2nd class shipping on the majority of our items. 

All unpersonalised items will be dispatched within one working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive orders 2-3 days after dispatch (for orders sent RM48). 

We obtain proof of postage and delivery for all items, however in the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in the post then please get in contact as soon as possible for us to resolve for you. We cannot treat an item as lost until 10 working days have passed, and any damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. 

Returns Information

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a refund (excluding personalised products). We unfortunately cannot refund any postal charges and do charge a 10% handling fee on all returns. 

You can return a product up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Any returned product must be in the same condition it was received, unused and in the original packaging. 

We unfortunately cannot offer returns on any personalised items unless they have been misspelled (our error).
