You are bidding a spear point, spring loaded, (SOIC-8 package) pogo pin adapter for Universal Eeprom programmer. This adapter come with DIP adapter board as shown in the photo. It may also fit TL866, orange 5, VVDI and more. Please ask if you have any question.

It also can be used for SOIC8 chip such as 25cxx, 24cxx, 93cxx. Just position press and hold the spear point over the EEPROM leads. If customer need other different wiring , please send me message before making purchase, we are pleased to do some modification for you.
