Question : J'ai fait une erreur de commande - je n'ai pas utilisé le produit - est-ce que je peu vous le retourner ?
Réponse : Oui - bien sûr - vous avez 14 jours pour nous retourner votre commande. Dans ce cas - contactez-nous par MAIL. Lequel cas - nous vous communiquons un numéro RMA (N° de procédure de retour matériel). Attention toute fois - la pièce ne doit pas avoir été déjà montée sur un véhicule - car nous ne pouvons pas la revendre. Seuls les produits neufs - complets - dans leurs emballages d’origine et en parfait état de commercialisation pourront être acceptés.
Question : Dois-je payer les frais de retour sur un produit dont je n'ai plus besoin ?
Réponse : Si 321turbo a fait une erreur sur l'envoi de votre pièce vous ne payez pas les frais de retours et nous assumons les frais d'envoi de la nouvelle pièce si nécessaire. En revanche - si vous n'avez plus besoin de la pièce - c'est à vous d'assumer les frais de retour - et de nous retourner la pièce dans son emballage d'origine et non monté. Attention… - la pièce ne doit pas avoir été déjà montée sur un véhicule - car nous ne pouvons pas la revendre.
Question : Dois-je payer les frais de retour sur une pièce dans le cadre d'une demande de garantie ?
Réponse : Dans un premier temps - OUI - les frais de retour sont à votre charge. Dans un second temps - si le défaut est avéré - nous vous remboursons les frais de retour que vous avez engagé. Et au choix - nous remplaçons la pièce ou remboursons sa valeur. Pour les demandes de garanties - les frais de retours sont à la charge de l'acheteur.
