What makes a cd a promo?

Manufacturers identify promos is several different ways:

1. Drill cut or saw cut in the jewel case, which usually affects the inserts in some way

2. CD or insert is marked promo

3. Hole punch is inserts

4. UPC code is marked out in some way 

5. There may be other ways not mentioned

 Unless stated the CD or DVD is playable and all inserts are included.

Grading is for CD and never the case.

However if you purchase multiple CDS, DVDS or Video Games and pay for them at the same time S&H drops to $2.00 for each additional magazine, CD, DVD or Video Game shipped to the US , lots of these items over 10 in count do not qualify for the $2.00 shipping but will receive a discount depending on total weight. I aim to give 5 star service! My shipping and handling may be a bit higher than others but you get that back in service and low starting prices.  There is a small fee included in Shipping and Handling. Usually shipment is made via USPS and they are pretty good about getting the package to you in a timely manner however occasionally packages do get lost or delayed.  If multiple payment request notices, beyond the initial ones sent from eBay and Paypal shortly after the auction ending, are required to be sent … shipping and handling costs will increase! This is due to a lack of communication from buyers and payments arriving late if at all. PLEASE let me know how you plan to pay so that I can prepare your package.  Shipping is done within 48 business hours of payment, except Federal holidays when the USPS is closed. I hate to be difficult with the shipping and handling but the number of non-paying eBayers is greatly increasing so as Ed Neenan once sang “Many Will Suffer for the Antics of a Few”.  Additionally due to the fact that I have given more feedback than I have received. Feedback will be left after you have left feedback.

 Since I’m getting stiffed by non-paying eBayers I’ve decided to make a list of those people who try to ruin eBay for the rest of us.
