It comes with both caps only. No other accessories are included.

Used, but still in excelent looking and working condition.

Cosmetically lens has minimal signs of use. Please look closer to all pictures, they are part of description.

Front and back  glass elements still in excellent condition.

Aperture blades clean and snappy. No fungus or mold.
