** SHIPPING **

Buyers are required to arrange their own shipping or freight for all large items or furniture that otherwise cant be shipped via regular shipping methods. We are happy to arrange time and pickup with your carrier. Once the item leaves our location , we are not responsible for any damages incurred during transport. Buyer will need to handle claims directly with carrier. For all other items that can be shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS will be shipped with tracking and insurance. If for any reason the cost of our calculated shipping is above or below current rates, we will contact you and make adjustments and/or issue necessary refunds. We do are very best to package and secure all our items, so they arrive safely to their new homes. Most of our items ship out within 3 days, excluding items with odd/abnormal dimensions and freight items. We also offer local pickup or delivery for a fee.  We can also arrange delivery 150 miles from item zip code for $399.00 arrangements will be made after purchase.

** RETURN POLICY **

Hassle FREE Returns... You must contact us within 5 days after receiving the item. Refunds are given as money back minus shipping fees. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. All items must be returned in the same condition as purchased. Items returned with missing parts will NOT qualify for any return refund and will be charged for missing parts.
