How to Personalise

Use the "add note to seller" section on Paypal or you can send us a eBay message to provide us with:

1. Please send a Line Drawing of the character you would like engraved or we can find one for you

 2. Childs full name and class

Your order cannot be processed until you provide us with your personalisation details.

Returns

*Please check your order and report damages or spelling errors within 48hrs of delivery*

*Once an item has been engraved returns due to change of mind can’t be accepted, items are non-re-saleable due to personalisation*

*If we have made a spelling error please contact us rather than opening a return case, as 9/10 you will not need to return the item*

*If the item has been damaged in transit, we will request photos of the packaging and item, so please be prepared to send them*
