Payment terms: credit card payments process through paypal. Shipping & handling charges in US: add $4.00 certified mail. Shipping & handling charges to oversea: add $14.00 for registered airmail. For multiple purchases, 25 cents will be added for stamps and S/S's & 50 cents will be added for full sheets and covers, per each additional items. Any stamps valued over $30.00 must be sent via certified mail for US and registered mail for oversea to be covered by our private insurance. Any shipments not sent by either certified mail or registered mail will not be cover by insurance incase the mail gets lost or damaged in transit. And for high risk areas such as China, India, Indonesia, Russia (but not limited to), registered mail is required regardless of amount purchased.
