UK Mainland Delivery:

Orders posted via Royal Mail Delivery 2nd Class delivery aims to arive within 3 working days
1st Class delivery aims to arrive within 1-2 working days
Special delivery before 1pm guarantees to arrive next day before 1pm

European Delivery:

Orders posted via Royal Mail Standard Airmail normally deliver within 5-7 working days. It may take upto 20 working days for item posted to Europe before we can accept a claim for loss. No tracking service but a proof of posting from post office will be retained.

Orders posted via Royal Mail Standard Airmail Tracked and Signed:

Normally deliver within 3-5 working days. It may take upto 20 working days for item posted to Europe before we can accept a claim for loss.
Tracking service is included.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we will be glad to assist you. Whatever the problem, we will stay with it until it is resolved and you are satisfied. The item must returned in its original condition and not before authorisation has been recieved. Warranty covers the part only! P&P and any other costs are not covered under the warranty and are not refundable. If there is a fault with your product or if it is damaged during transit then simply email us stating your item number and ebay user ID and we will quickly resolve the matter for you.

We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal.
