Description for 1 probe:
The ultrasonic ranging module adopts the waterproof TCF40-16TR1 ultrasonic sensor with integrated transmission and reception, which has high precision and stable performance.
Industrial high-performance high-speed single-chip microcomputer is used as the processor, and the ranging has software correction. This module provides various working modes such as RS232, RS485, MODBUS RTU and level output.
The RS232 or 485 interface can be directly connected to the serial port of the PC or the serial port of the terminal instrument. The serial port debugging assistant can send the control command on the PC to easily test the module and the receiving length value, and the measurement accuracy is very high ( + 5mm ).
Other output interface modes (pulse output, level output, I2C output, etc.) can be customized according to your needs!
Note: This module is RS232 output mode by default. For other output methods, please contact first. The other display module adopts 4-digit LCD segment liquid crystal display, which can display the measured distance value in real time, which is very intuitive. This module is divided into two waterproof probes for transmission and reception, which can be set to face-on or reflective. The pairing type is the launching probe and the receiving probe, and the blind zone is 28cm, which is very suitable for the occasions where the reflecting surface is small and the angle is small; the reflective type is the parallel installation of the transmitting probe and the receiving probe, and the blind zone is 14cm (minimum 5cm), suitable for occasions requiring a small blind spot.

Two IO port control and output data interfaces only occupy 2 IO ports of the MCU, one IO port (assumed to be P1.0). As long as the high level is given for a period of time, the module will automatically send a 40KHz square wave, and the square wave will be sent. When finished, the MCU starts counting the time of another IO port (assumed to be P1.1), and the circuit will automatically detect whether there is a signal return. If there is a signal returning to P1.1, the IO port becomes low level, high power. The flat time is the time when the ultrasonic wave passes, and the test is simple and convenient.
Other output interface modes (pulse output, level output, etc.) can be customized according to your needs!
Tips: The ultrasonic probe of this module is waterproof. If you need to implement other functions, you can customize it.
