HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose your options (Codes Etc) and follow through to checkout (BUY IT NOW)

2. When checkout is reached please add a message in 'Message to seller' section. Or simply drop us a message in Ebay.

This needs to include all wording.

Please be as specific as possible when sending us your engraving details to avoid mistakes.

SHIPPING POLICY

We dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment and text request. We ship from Monday to Friday, Items ordered after 4pm Friday, shall be shipped on Monday. Al our FREE postage items will be Dispatched Second Class. First class option available

Delivery is usually within 1-2 working days for First Class, and within 3-5 days for Second Class; however, please note that Royal Mail state maximum delivery times for these services can be up to 14 working days.

Please note this is out of our control, and keep this in mind please, when leaving feedback.

We do offer a next day service.

If an item ordered by (Royal Mail 1st class, 2nd class services) fails to be delivered within the estimated delivery times, you will be required to wait for the maximum delivery time period (see above) before we can confirm that the item has been lost and issue a replacement.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns without quibble for a full 30 days after the sale for non-personalised items.

Personalised items are non-returnable.

Any damaged or mis-spelt items on our part, will be replaced instantly.

Contact us within 30 days of receipt of item to arrange returns. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately using the eBay messages system, giving a description of the problem, and attach photographs of the item and packaging.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please note, when leaving feedback and selecting delivery times, description etc, please note items are dispatched instantly by us, but may be a little later due to what day item was ordered, and when text was supplied.
