Shipping Information

• We normally only ship to the UK and International customers.


• Order before 3:00pm will be dispatch by same day with "Royal mail 2nd Class". Normally it will delivered with in 3-5 working days, but in case any delay we request you to wait for at least 9 working days to consider it as lost in transit.

• We only ship to the address on Paypal. If you require a specific address to ship the order to, please make sure that you enter this in the Paypal confirmation before confirming payment. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances.


• Once you place an order, you are binding into a legal contract. So do not buy or bid unless you intend to complete the purchase.


• We will pursue all unpaid items for all charges and fees after 10 days of payment not being received.


• Although we ship very fast we do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hand of the Royal Mail or the delivery company as used.

If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs for the return.


• For items which are faulty or wrong item received, please notify us within 30 days by e-mail through Ebay only. We will sent you pre-paid return envelop so you can return it back to us. Upon receiving we will either re-send you your purchase item or give you a full refund.
