Payment: PayPal. We post the item according to the Paypal shipping address.Lithuania is in European Union (no custom taxes for EU countries).

Returns: We test all our items before selling them and we guarantee that they all are operational.Please notice that we don't do any refunds until the item isn't sent back to us.
