Personalised wooden name signs available either painted or unpainted.
1 x name with 2 x 12cm shapes and 1 x 6cm shape (sizes refer to the longest edge)

The name is 30cm in length
(these are the maximum lengths however the names will always be 20cm or less in height so depending on the name chosen these may have to be made shorter to fit within this limit).
Each letter in the name will be joined forming one single plaque
All names are cut using a laser cutting machine so please expect some burn marks and a slight smell of burnt wood on the plaque - this is unavoidable during the cutting method however burn marks can be easily painted over if you choose.
All names/words will be written exactly how you have written them so please check spelling before order completion.
Every name is written beginning with a capital letter followed by lowercase letters.

We kindly ask that all items are paid for as soon as possible after clicking 'buy it now'. This allows us to post your item to you sooner.
Shipping Information
We offer free standard 2nd class shipping on the majority of our items.
All unpersonalised items will be dispatched within one working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive orders 2-3 days after dispatch (for orders sent RM48).
We obtain proof of postage and delivery for all items, however in the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in the post then please get in contact as soon as possible for us to resolve for you. We cannot treat an item as lost until 10 working days have passed, and any damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Returns Information
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a refund (excluding personalised products). We unfortunately cannot refund any postal charges and do charge a 10% handling fee on all returns.
You can return a product up to 30 days from the purchase date.
Any returned product must be in the same condition it was received, unused and in the original packaging.
We unfortunately cannot offer returns on any personalised items unless they have been misspelt (our error).
