Returns will only be accepted if the claim has been made within 30 days of receiving your item(s) purchased via our Hat Locker eBay store.

If the return has been accepted by the Hat Locker Team, please re-pack the item(s) in it's original packaging and appropriate size box to ensure the item(s) are protected in return transit. All returns must be unused / unworn and in a resalable condition with all tags and stickers still attached.
