Costumes come from our retail stores.   They are clearance priced and returns will only be accepted if notified on day of receipt and shipped next day of receiving, buyer is responsible for return shipping fees so please look at size chart and remember that costumes do tend to run small. Some packages may show wear from being stored.

Because we do not work for USPS we cannot guarantee shipping time, only that we ship out on time, once it leaves our hands it is out of our control.  If package is shown as delivered, it is up to the buyer to contact their local Post Office, tracking numbers are provided under the purchases tab.
