This listing is for a New Bright Holiday Express CONTROLLER box / unit.
This controller will work all single-wire HOLIDAY EXPRESS trains 380 and up; includes all single-wire 380 ("single-wire" means; just one wire that connects between the tender car and locomotive) and then ALL: 383, 384, 385, 386, 387 series Holiday Express trains. This controller does not work with the early "2-wire" 380 series trains (meaning there are two separate wires that plug-in between the tender and locomotive).
This controller has been tested on my own multiple train layouts and all the buttons and functions are in excellent working condition. Don't get stuck buying a dud; all my train parts have been hooked up and actually tested for proper operation and are in good working order. No surprises.
