We require full payment within 48 hours of purchase unless prior arrangements have been made. If payment is not received within the alloted time frame an unpaid item case will be opened automatically.

Once an unpaid item case has been opened we reserve the right to re-list the item and sell it to another bidder.

All eBay Global purchases must be paid through eBay, we do not collect or handle the international portion of the shipping charges  or customs fees and we can not change or alter the invoice in any way.

All of our products will ship either UPS Ground or USPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days after payment has cleared. If free shipping is being offered it is to the lower 48 states only and to a physical address, there will be a surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and PO boxes. 

On larger ground ship orders we may opt to send your item in multiple packages to ensure a safe arrival. 

All free freight shipments include ground delivery to a business address with a dock or forklift, residential deliveries and business deleveries requiring liftgate service will incur an additional charge.

All international shipments are processed through the eBay global shipping program and subject to their rules and restrictions. We do offer free shipping to the global shipping center but it is at the discretion of eBay to determine the final carrier.
