Style: "Basic tutu's"

           Has an elastic waistband.

           Teal tulle tutu with colorful foil Mermaids on this fun tutu!

           Easy for a child to slip on her doll.

Fabric: Made from tulle fabric.

"Basic Tutu's" means these are the more dainty see-through tutus used for ballet practices, therefore the elastic does show through at the waistband. 

*The American girl doll and leotard are Not included.

* Since I've made more than one of these tutus, the location of the mermaids may not be in the same location on each tutu, but they were all made using this fabric print.
