How to Order:

If you are unsure if this is the correct cover,color or side for your vehicle you can email your Vin chassis number(see Images) and we will compare the part and paint codes for your vehicle "at the time of its production"against the codes for this listing.

Please send your vehicles information using the Contact Seller link in the "seller information box" you can do this before/during or after a purchase. If we don't receive any information and you have ordered from a listing that has the side and color in the listings title we will proceed.

Sometimes we may request an image of your vehicle to be sure this is the correct item for your vehicle, you can send this using the Attach Photos button when messaging us.

As we are a registered business with eBay any requests for contact information "Phone numbers/address" will be ignored as this is a violation of this site's policy and can result in an account being suspended. Customers that have made a purchase can see this information at any time by viewing your purchase history.

Dispatch Information: **Important Please Note**

As we paint items to order we operate on a ten working day dispatch (See Postage and Payments Tab) we aim to get items painted and dispatched as soon as we can but you must be prepared to wait the full ten working days(not including weekends and shipping/postage duration) especially for more complicated orders and during periods when we receive a large volume of sales.

Once your Item has been dispatched you will receive a notification from eBay and your tracking number will be available to view in your purchase history.

Returns: **Important Please Note** 

We are not responsible the postage cost of any items that have been ordered incorrectly. If the item you received matches the information we had for your item at the time of its purchase you will need to pay any cost's for returning said item for refund including its replacement if requested.

The parcel you receive will include the items you purchased and a copy of your order we use for processing. If returning please write any information regarding the issue on the back of this order  and include it with your return. If this is not available we will require a note with your eBay user name and the reason for return.

  

When returning an item please use the cheapest tracked method available to you and  email the tracking code to us. For some returns it may be faster for you to re-order the item, we will issue a refund when the return is received(we have to verify the return before we can dispatch its replacement or issue a refund). 

A fault that can sometimes happen when shipping/posting freshly painted items is silicone transfer from the packaging, this can be easily removed with a good polish or T-Cut/G3 but cannot be removed by washing with water and detergent.

Postage/shipping:

Collection in person is available on all our listings

Items posted to Ireland and the English Isles will be dispatched with the Royal Mail tracked and signed.
