Q: How to connect the headset with phone/computer?
There are two ways to connect the headset to the phone/computer.
1. Connect through Bluetooth: Put the headset into pairing mode (press and hold the multi-function button for 5-7 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and blue), then search for the M20 through the Bluetooth of the phone/computer and pair it.
2. Connect through USB Dongle: Plug the USB dongle directly into the computer, then put the headphones into pairing mode, and they will automatically connect.
Q: Does the headset have a mute function?
A:Yes. The mute button is at the front of the microphone. But the mute feature can only be used during a call on phone.
Note: There will be a beep sound every 15 seconds when the headset is muted
