This is an extremely rare opportunity to obtain a complete run of railroad bonds. This lot contains one-thousand bonds for 'The Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis Railroad Company.' This is the entire series of bonds, numbered from 'RM1' to 'RM1000'.

Each was issued on March 15, 1945 to The Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company, and each is a $1000 purple bond. Why they didn't just issue a single million-dollar bond is anyone's guess.

Each bond measures about 10" x 15" and is in generally clean condition with a light punch cancellation at the top. You are bidding on all one-thousand bonds.
