* All exchanges and returns must be communicated within 30 days of delivery
* DOA (Damaged on Arrival) items must be communicated within 7 days of delivery
* All returns/exchanges will require your ebay id on the package outside. Without this information, we can't be responsible for the loss of your package
* Depending on the product type, please allow 2 - 5 business days after receiving your returned item for our technicians to fully inspect and test all parts
* All fees/reimbursement will be determined after full inspections
* Unknown item sent to us will be discarded
* Cases requiring urgent attention must be discussed explicitly with us to get the proper attention needed.
