• We accept payment via PAYPAL ONLY.
• Please list your special requests (packages, value of declaration, etc.)in the PAYPAL NOTES SECTION or send me a message through “contact seller” when you make payment.

1. Three needs to be noticed:
   • Your phone number is necessary for delivery.
   • A specifical address is necessary. Please avoid PO Box/APO/FPO.
   • Item will be sent according to PayPal address.
2. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. If you want us send the item to Africa, Eastern Europe and South America,please contact us before bidding. You might need to add extra postage.
3. Your item will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment verification (excluding weekends & holidays).
4. Delivery Time: Normally 4 - 8 business days.
5. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
6. If you have not received your shipment within 8 business days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
7. Every item has been checked strictly before we send them out and is carefully packaged using the latest technology to ensure safe shipment to you.
8. Re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item(s) that are undeliverable and/or returned to the seller as a result of incorrect delivery details or unsuccessful delivery.

• Returns must be authorized by the seller prior to their return.
• Buyers must follow the returns instruction provided by the seller.
• Buyers must strictly follow our return procedure when returning a faulty item.
• We reserve our right to replace the buyer with a repaired or new item (with equal value or less), or provide a full or partial refund with equal or lesser value.
• Charges may apply if the product is functioning properly or it is confirmed that the product is physically damaged by end user when we receive it. There will NOT be any refund if such cases do occur.
• In case the item is defective, please inform us within 14 days of receipt, we will replace a new one or refund, buyer is responsible in all postage costs.
• Refund will only be processed via PayPal, depending on which payment method was used when payment was transferred(Shipping and handling charges are not refundable).

• 12 months Manufacturer's Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-months warranty.
• Defective items MUST BE reported and returned to us within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your eBay ID. WE DO NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY.
