Returns
Items can not be returned once engraved.
If a spelling error has been made and we are at fault then we will send a replacement (without gift box) if you have made the mistake then another would need to be reordered but I do state about checking spelling before submitting your message.
Please do not start a return if you simple change your mind as these items are personalised to you and can not be rectified or resold, any returns made will not be refunded.
