I do not know if this is a Disney brand item or if someone made it. I have never seen another and it is definitely different ! I am NOT listing this as a Disney item as I just don’t know if it is or if it is not

I cannot see any damage. On the bottom it looks like it may have had stickers removed, or it could just be worn with age
