Buyers MUST send a message via the message system clearly stating the reason for return. Be specific but please don’t be hostile! Do not worry, we will work with you and get it straight! Allow 2 business days from the receipt of your return for your refund to be processed. Once received, we must inspect and test your item to determine it is in the condition you reported. If this proves not to be the case, we will message you our findings and discuss other options. REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. Please use tracking on all returns, as we can NOT provide a refund or exchange until we have received your item back. Using tracking will eliminate any concerns on both of our ends.
