Return Policy
Buy with confidence knowing you are protected by our MONEY BACK GUARANTEE POLICY. RC Street Shop will refund the purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee for any item returned in the original unopened packaging. No opened packages will be accepted and all merchandise returned must be in original unused, undamaged packaging. Refund requests must be sent to us within 10 days following the delivery date of the item. Returns are only accepted if item is in original unopened factory seal packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to ALL returns. Items may be returned for merchandise credit or refunded to your credit card/PayPal account. No cash or checks will be issued. Contact us for return authorization # BEFORE returning your product. Include issued RMA# on the package that you’re returning item in. Please note that all Shipping Fees are non- refundable and it is customers responsibility to pay for the shipping on all returns and/or exchanges.

Fees and Shipping

Since we do everything possible to keep your shipping cost as low as possible, we charge shipping based on the items weight, we reserve the right to choose the carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for preferred shippers or accommodate requests to ship to the addresses different from your account. Once the order has been shipped, we must allow the carrier a reasonable time frame to deliver. RC Street Shop, LLC. and/or carrier reserve the right to request a signature for proof of delivery. Tracking details are emailed to your ebay account. We cannot demand a shipment carrier to leave a package. You may contact the carrier for instructions on available options. For customer protection purpose in case the package is lost or damaged, we state full purchase value inside attached documentation. We are not liable for theft or damage to the merchandise. When using a forwarding company, we are not liable for lost or damaged merchandise after the company has accepted delivery. The forwarding company must report shipping damage for a claim to be filed. We are not liable for delays in express delivery orders due to weather conditions and/ or attempted deliveries. Export documentation will not be provided to who you are receiving a package for or forwarding a package to. If you accept a package that was purchased using a fraudulent credit card, you will be in possession of stolen merchandise. International Orders
International buyers are responsible for all Customs VAT fees, duties and tax charges. You are paying postal charges only, as we have no way of determining your countries individual charges if any. 1st Class International has NO expected delivery date and does not provide online tracking the number provided is the Customs number for the package. The delivery time varies to destinations and time of year. During the holiday season it can take up to 6 weeks. Although, we can process your shipment right away we have no control over delivery time. Please allow ample time for delivery. If you need fast delivery, please choose priority mail or contact us for express mail prices which also include online tracking.
