These are authentic, unopened factory sealed and signed by the designer and creator Francisco Herrera in the premium lounge at Megacon Orlando on 5-19-19.

He is an illustrator and artist who before working for Disney has many credits from Marvel, Darkhorse, DC, and others. Authored at least 5 books and is in charge of the Disney Series Shorts Vinyl collection.
