International shipping delivery times vary greatly. Keep in mind that is some cases international shipments can take over a month to arrive. Also please do not purchase any items without knowing and understanding your local customs laws. You are responsible for understanding your countries import regulations. If you do decide to return an Item you are responsible for the any cost of shipping and customs back to us. We will subtract the whatever amount charged for a customs or associated shipping return fee from your amount refunded.

We do purchase most of our items from estate and/or surplus sales so in many cases they are used and should be stated clearly in the description. If you have any problems please contact us BEFORE opening a case. We strive for a 5 star rating and if you plan on leaving anything less please give me a chance to change that. We also take time and package the items very carefully.  If in the unfortunate event your item does not make it to you in one piece I will refund you 100 percent. In order to receive your refund you will need to take the item to your local post office and fill out a form before I can refund you.  We will also need to see pictures of the item upon arrival if applicable.   If needed, we may need you to send you more information upon request and applied on a case by case basis.  Please keep in mind that buyers remorse is not a valid reason for return.
