Shipping Terms
- All sales are final.
- Return is accepted on an exchange basis only if the item is defected.
- If goods should be defective upon receipt, customer has up to 3 day from of the receipt for exchange new one.
- Item must be returned in its original and UNUSED condition.
- Goods must also be in its original box and packing.
- Buyer must email us for exchange to obtain RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Authorization Prior to Returning item.
- We will gladly replace the defective item for a new one for free accepted Shipping & handling charges.
- Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
- Buyers pay for all ReturnShipping & handling fees.
- All international sales are final no returns & no refunds.
- If item is damage, buyer must contact carrier to resolve the damage product situation.
