Any order is welcome, but We will give discounts and combined shipping costs for you if you order more or mix order. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
b.Lead Time:
If we have stocks, we will deliver out items within 3-5 working days after receiving your all payment and order details confirmed.
If we don't have stock, we will inform you the production time of the items that you need, if ok, you can place the order.
c.Payment Method and Payment Term:
We only accept Paypal.

d.Shipping & Delivery:
Because our wheelsets, etc, is of big size, so the packing carton is of very big measure, and delivery by TNT, DHL, UPS, Fedex will be of very high delivery cost. So we usually choose EMS who calculate the shipping cost on the real weight of the package.
Usually EMS cost to these countries/areas is cheaper: Asia, UK, France, Spain, Belgium, Australia, North America. It need about 7-9 work days.
If customers want to ship via TNT, DHL, UPS, we also can help you with that(freight prepaid here or freight collect)
Please send us your contact person name,shipping address, post code and contact telephone number (important)when you place your order.
When we deliver out the items via EMS.The tracking number, track website and PI for customs clearance will be sent to you by email. We can supply documents with low price or small total amount for you to help you pay less import tax or no import tax.
We are not responsible for any delays, accidents or any other issues incurred by the shipping companies or the weather.
There may be some delays during holidays, or when delivery companies have lots of parcels due to the busy season.
e.Warranty & Return Policy
1)Warranty: We offer 2 year warranty for all of our items. Under normal riding, if there is any damage not caused by human factors, products can be replaced from us.
2)Return and Refund Term: If items you received are defective, please contact us within 3 working days and show us the proofs(such as photos or details) and the UNIQUE CODE which printed in the items.
3)Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost incurred.
