Orders received before 2:00 pm GMT, with cleared funds, will be dispatched same day. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on next working day.

Can You Change Your Shipping Address?

Once the order is placed PayPal does not allow changing address. However, you can change shipping address by adding your new address in "PayPal" before ordering and then choose your new shipping address at check out.

Please Note: Do not send any eBay message or add a note in order for address change, as we cannot change your shipping address once an order is placed.

Cancelling my Order

·        Please send a message through eBay and we will do our best to cancel or stop the order if possible (but not always possible) as we have an automatic system and it takes the orders from eBay and processes them automatically.

·        We will reply messages as 1st come 1st served basis and there may be other messages in the queue before your message, it is not possible to jump and see your message 1st.

·        Please do not send Many messages/emails as it will just delay our response time to other customers.

·        If we were not able to cancel or stop your order and your order is shipped, please request RMA number for return through eBay messaging once you have received the item and we will be happy to assist you.

If Item Not Received:

We strive hard to process all orders according to our promise and rely on 3rd party couriers. If your item is delayed by courier, international local postal service or the International Customs Inspections, then we cannot be held responsible for the delay.

·        Warranty / Returns

·        On All our items, we offer 30 days peace of mind guarantee (refund or exchange), if you have any concern.

·        Defective or damaged item during transit must be reported within 48 hours of the receipt. Contact us through eBay messaging system.

·        Simply return the purchased item(s) within 30 days of receipt in its original (re-sellable) condition and packaging for a refund (minus Postage & Packaging) or exchange.

·        FREE delivery is applicable to the UK Mainland only and free delivery is only applicable if you are intending to keep the item, it means postage is included in the cost of the item.

·        Any faulty item(s) or wrong item(s) must be returned within 30 days from receipt. It is customer's responsibility to pay for return postage in any instance. It is advisable that customer should obtain proof of postage in case of rare event of the item not being received.

·        We offer three months warranty on most of our items covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage/mishandling caused by the user.

·        If our supplied item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in touch with us via eBay messaging system for RMA (return merchandise authorization) and return instructions. If you return the item, you must return it with RMA number and a copy of an invoice and must state the reason for return.

·        We can only refund or replace the item when we actually receive it back. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office.

Return Postage:

·        We do not pay the return postage to Local & international customers, if a Wrong order is placed, Doesn’t Fit or Change mind.

·           We will pay return postage to Local customers and international if a wrong or Damaged item is received.
