S/M Dimensions:

     This size is generally recommended for someone 5'7" and shorter and up to 175 lbs.

     * Top of Shin offers 9 inches of wrap around protection with 1" of hi density foam. 

     * Ankle area offers 7 inches of wrap around protection with .75" of foam.

     * Length of shin-guard from top to bottom is approximately 13 inches.

     * Each shinguard weighs approximately 9 ounces.

L/XL Dimensions:

     This size is generally recommended for someone 5'8" and taller and over 180 lbs.

     * Top of Shin offers 10.5 inches of wrap around protection with 1.25" of foam. 

     * Ankle area offers 8.5 inches of wrap around protection with 1" of foam.

     * Length of shin-guard from top to bottom is approximately 14 inches.

     * Each shinguard weighs approximately 12 ounces.
