We offer Standard Shipping to physical street addresses within Australia (excluding islands). As we don’t use the Australia Post network we are unable to deliver to post offices, PO Boxes and parcel lockers. Items may require a signature on delivery, however, if you prefer your parcel can be left in a safe place by letting us know during checkout.
For Express Shipping we primarily use Australia Post’s Express Post service. This service covers 80% of Australian business and private addresses with next day delivery, after shipment. Click & Collect is a great delivery option, allowing you to pick-up your order from a nearby Woolworths, Big W or ParcelPoint location at your convenience. Once the selected store receives your package, eBay will alert you via email and/or SMS with instructions for collection. Simple, convenient, safe and secure.
Tracking Information will viewable in eBay once your delivery has been booked with the courier. Tracking events will not occur until your order has been collected from us.
