DELIVERY

All orders are shipped on a next working day (Monday to Friday), tracked service as long as your order is placed before 5pm. All orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

If for any reason you do not receive your order within the timescales set out on your order, please get in touch and we'll aim to help you as best we can.

Please be aware that, due to our courier’s regulations (DHL), we can only send shipment to business addresses in Russia. We cannot send to personal addresses.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

Warranty
In the unlikely event your product should fail within this period we will happily replace it with a new one. All will need is the faulty item returned to us. We strive to provide the best possible products so we take failures seriously.

Returns
To provide the best possible customer service we have a no quibble returns policy. If you are not entirely happy with your projector part you can return it for a full refund within 30 days.

If you're returning a item that's not faulty you must return it in the box we provided and the item must be in the same condition as you received it. Please use additional outer packaging to return your order. If not received back in ‘As new’ condition we will not be able to accept it.

In order to arrange a return please use the official eBay order management page and we'll do our best to help you.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal, simply select PayPal at checkout. We are also an established business here in the UK so if you would prefer to make a credit or debit card payment direct with us please get in touch.
