Vintage Saw Set Tool - 15” Long.

This tool is as found. It measures approximately 15” long x 4” wide.

It is oily and dirty and has some rust. All moving parts are free and working.

It is stamped with some writing but is very hard to make out what it is. One handle is marked with a 5A and the other handle 5B.
