SHIPPING:

We ship within 1 business day and often on the same day if payment is received before 1 pm EST. We do NOT work on weekends and National Holidays. All items purchased on Fridays after 1 pm EST will be shipped on the following Monday. In case of return/exchange, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

COMBINED SHIPPING:

We offer Combined Shipping on all our products. Please give us a call prior to making a purchase and we will figure out the best shipping price solution just for you.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

Due to company policy we only ship to 48 Continental States. No international shipping available!

RETURN POLICY:

Returns accepted within 30 days after the purchase is made. To qualify for return/exchange, all items MUST be in original and brand new condition with all original packaging. Please make sure that the shipping label is not placed directly on the manufacturers box but instead packaged in a separate shipping  package.

RESTOCKING FEE:

Please note, that a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

This product covered by a lifetime warranty to the official residential user of "Constructor" locks against defects in material and workmanship as long as the original user occupies the residential premises upon which the product was originally installed.
This warranty DOES NOT COVER abused or misused products; scratches; abrasions; deterioration caused by the use of plants, solvents or other chemicals; or products used in commercial applications.
If this product or any part of the product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship at any time during the life of the product the manufacturer may repair or replace the product or issue of refund of up to 75% of the purchase price. Return of the defective product or part at the customer's expense, along with proof of purchase, may be required.
This warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover products which have been abused, altered, damaged, misused, cut or excessively worn.
Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so the above-mentioned exclusions may not apply to you.
