You will need to perform the following steps to initialise the memory card in your ROLAND SP-404
1. While holding [CANCEL], press [REMAIN]. “FMt” appears in the display.
2. Press [C/G]. [DEL] will start flashing.
3. Press [DEL]. When the dots in the display stop flashing, formatting is complete.

These Compact Flash cards will work in any country simply insert them into the equipment and start recording.
