Lumatek makes use of the blue light colour spectrum for its metal halide growth-spectrum grow lights.

With a colour temperature of 4k or 6k, the 250w, 400w, 600w or 1000w version can give off an astonishing lumens. 

The PAR value (photosynthetically active radiation) indicates the spectral range of sunlight used by living organisms to perform photosynthesis. Tables and diagrams provide better explanations for this.

Lumatek metal halide lamps are the first choice for all hobby gardeners who prefer a lamp with a long lifetime (10,000 hours!).

Note: To operate this lamp, a ballast with suitable performance values is required, as well as an E40 bulb holder. 

Tip: Never touch the glass parts of lamps with bare hands! The skin?s oils can reduce the lifetime and luminosity of the lamp.
