Postage & Returns
Postage:
On ebay sales we use the Royal Mail 2nd class postage, normally delivered within 2 days but we cannot guarantee..depends on the workload of the Post Office. We can offer a next day delivery service but this is an added extra cost and we need to be able to process the order by 12pm for more information please call us.
Proof Of Delivery:
We always have a copy of proof of delivery, we expect our customers to give us the correct FULL delivery address to avoid any mistakes and delays !
Returns & Refunds
If you decide that an item is unsuitable, or you change your mind, please feel free to send it back to us within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition, unworn with the tags still attached. We will issue a refund upon receiving the item. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, therefore, we recommend the item is returned and another order is placed.
Your returned parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, please keep the proof of postage. We recommend using Royal Mail recorded service. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery charges or postage costs for items that are unsuitable or doesn’t fit.
