An original 1950s owner's manual for the Standard 8 & 10 hp saloon cars. It was published by the Standard Motor Co. Limited in England. It is a soft-cover booklet of 48 pages. This owner's manual provides general instructions for the operation and care of these Standard motor cars and has black and white illustrations of various components of the automobile.
Condition: This original vintage Standard owner's manual has survived the years in solid original condition showing a fair bit of wear from use. The cover pages show creases, general surface wear, stains and dirty marks. There are some small tears at the edges of the cover pages. Some of the inside pages are loose from the stapled binding. Inside the pages show some stains, dirty marks and creases. There is some writing on a few of the inside pages. The text and illustrations are still clear and legible. Measures approx 8 by 5 1/2 inches in size.
