Purchasing ANY used physical entertainment media from any source has inherent risks: certain scratches on a disc that are playable in one console may not be playable in others and even certain scratches that are refurbished may still affect playability of the disc at some point in the game. However, purchasing used games is the best and most economical way to try new games and grow your collection. WE STRIVE TO MAKE YOUR PURCHASE OF USED PRODUCT AS RISK-FREE AS POSSIBLE. How do we do this?
1) OUR STORE HOURS: 8am-6pm Eastern. Should you need to communicate with us, all of our responses will be given during these hours. Should we receive your communication after store hours, you will receive a response the next business day. However, from time to time, we may respond outside normal business hours, which would indicate we have no social life. :-)
2) Using the best available refurbishing equipment. Our refurbishing process IS NOT with toothpaste and a paper towel. Our process involves the use of high-capacity commercial refurbishing equipment, and other professional methods, which repairs the vast majority of any scratches that would affect playability of the disc.
3) Offering our products at often some of the lowest prices on Ebay. We strive to price all of our discs at a reasonable price to help mitigate the risk of buying used product.
4) Offering our customers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. In life there is nothing that is perfect, and used video games are no exception. Should you find that the game will not play in your console we will be glad to refund your purchase or replace the item at our cost.

DLC CODES: as with any used disc product, any DLC provided is most likely to have been used.
CASE CONDITION: our policy is to never ship a cracked or broken case and all our cases are sticker-free; however, some cases do contain small blemishes that are normal wear-and-tear.
MANUALS: the disc/case may or may not contain the original product manual; since manuals are easily found online, many publishers do not even include them. We encourage you to visit one of the online manual providers if this is the case; they are usually free.
